
Our Process
For Our New Customers
Click on the button that says “Get a Quote” and fill out the form with your information and details about your project. You will receive a response to your inquiry within 24 hours.
If your project can be estimated virtually, you will be asked to provide pictures and answer some brief questions about the specifics of your project. You will then receive an estimate in your email inbox. Please review the estimate and ask any questions you may have.
If your project requires an in-person estimate, an appointment will be scheduled at a time most convenient for you. During the appointment, we will talk through every aspect of the job together and answer any questions you may have. After the appointment, your estimate will be delivered to your email inbox. Please review the estimate and ask any questions you may have.
Once you have reviewed your quote and have any questions answered, it’s time to approve the estimate. Approving the quote notifies us to reach out to you and schedule a start date for your project.
Completing Your Project
We will reach out to you 1 day prior to the start of your project to confirm the scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes schedules change last minute and want to make sure everyone’s time is respected.
On the day of the appointment, we will call or text you when we are on the way to your address.
As we start your project, we will keep you informed on the progress of the work and will let you know of any conditions that arise that may affect your job.
Upon completion of your project, we will walk the job with you in person or provide pictures of the work if you are not present. The work space will be clean and tidy before we leave and all trash will be disposed of.
